ATW: Welshly Arms

Welshly Arms is an American blues rock band out of Cleveland, Ohio, where they produce, write, and record all of their own music. Their name comes from a Saturday Night Live sketch.

You may have heard their music before without even knowing it. Their song Legendary has been featured as:

  • The official theme song for WWE’s 2017 TLC program
  • The national TV and radio campaign for the Cleveland Indians
  • A promotion for the Netflix shows Sense8
  • One of the ending songs in the movie Den of Thieves.

Welshly Arms are our first stop in the 2019 Artist to Watch series because of their great album drop in 2018 (which made my top picks) and their upcoming hints at an unknown release. Already playing their cards right, Welshly Arms is sure to have a great 2019. Keep your eyes on them.

You can listen to Welshly Arms on Spotify here.
